What you ll do:
Adhere to organization processes, policies, and procedures for Service Delivery / Security Operations.
Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Identity).
Enhance service levels to build customer trust, improve security posture achieve high CSAT.
Perform Exchange Online and M365 Security Reviews.
Design and implement Microsoft 365 security solutions aligned to best practices.
Perform Discovery, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and deployment of solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve: Mail flow issues, Security incidents (phishing, malware, spoofing), Intune deployment and compliance.

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Security, Intune, Entra ID) implementation support.
Microsoft Certifications such as MS-102, SC-200, MD-102 will be preferred expected.
Deep and validated understanding of Microsoft 365 E5.
Strong understanding of Exchange Online:
Mail flow, connectors, transport rules
Anti-spam, anti-phishing policies
Safe Links, Safe Attachments




Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender Security Stack:
Defender for Office 365
Threat protection (phishing, malware, spoofing)
Solid experience in Identity Access Management (Entra ID / Azure AD):
Conditional Access
MFA
Identity Protection (Risk-based policies)
Hands-on experience with Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune):
Device compliance configuration policies
PowerShell script deployment troubleshooting
Windows Autopilot, Hybrid/Azure AD Join
Positive understanding of Email Authentication DNS Security:
SPF, DKIM, dmarc
Solid knowledge of Security Compliance Solutions:
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Retention policies
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
