Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
Develop and customize HR Case Management solutions.
Configure Employee Service Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management.
Design and develop HR workflows, lifecycle events, and automation solutions.
Create and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR systems.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation and provide user training where required.
Required Skills
Solid experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.

Positive understanding of HR business processes.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Employee Experience modules.
Exposure to HR system integrations such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or AD.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and platform administration.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification.
