Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, target, and approach brands requiring advertising, branding, creative production, or AI-driven marketing solutions.
Generate high-quality leads through networking, field visits, industry events, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, CMOs, brand managers, and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales pipeline including cold leads, warm prospects, and strategic partnerships.
Explore new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
Understand client business challenges and propose customized marketing and branding solutions.
Present impactful business pitches focused on growth, brand visibility, and ROI.
Negotiate commercial agreements and support deal closures.




Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales planning.
Drive client retention and identify upselling prospects.

Market Strategy & Coordination
Translate client discussions into explicit briefs for internal creative and performance marketing teams.
Collaborate closely with creative strategists, ad filmmakers, media buyers, and marketing teams.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior, and emerging AI marketing innovations.
Share market intelligence and strategic insights to support business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or marketing. Robust communication and persuasion skills
Understanding of digital ads (Meta / Google)
Strategic, adaptable, and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownershi.
