We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is comfortable meeting customers face-to-face, travelling in the field and generating business.
Industry experience is not mandatory. Candidates from any industry can apply, provided they have genuine field/direct sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and generate current business through direct sales.
Generate leads through field visits, references, local networking and other sources.
Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain the product/service.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Attend promotional activities, stalls and local campaigns when required.
Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Candidate Profile
6 months to 2 years of experience in hardcore field/direct sales.
Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory.
Valid driving licence required.
Should be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Should be comfortable with cold calling, customer visits and lead generation.
Candidates from any industry can apply.
Local candidates preferred.

This is a hardcore field sales role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
