Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, technical submittals, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage procurement of electrical materials, equipment, and services.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular MIS/progress reports.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.
Review contractor/vendor performance and coordinate resolution of site issues.
