Roles and Responsibility

Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement training initiatives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support employees' skilled growth.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Experience with training software and technologies, such as e-learning platforms and content management systems.
