Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard current agents or partner agencies to build a productive sales force.
Training and Coaching: Deliver product training, joint field work, and continuous coaching to improve agent performance.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue goals.
Relationship Management: Maintain solid, ongoing communication with partners to drive retention and solve issues.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, review activity plans, and adjust strategies using CRM tools
