Key Deliverables:
Formulating, processing, and handling Bank Guarantees (BGs), Performance Guarantees, and Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs).
Analysis of tender documents to evaluate financial clauses, payment structures, retention money, and security deposit requirements.
Submitting detailed MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and stock statements for leadership reviews.
Acting as the primary liaison between banks, auditors, clients, vendors, and internal business departments.
Maintaining records and ensuring timely renewal/release of BGs, EMDs, securities, and other financial instruments.

Incumbent Profile:
Finance professional with 6+ years of experience in finance, tendering, contracting, or project-based service businesses from coal /thermal/ power/mining/cement/refractories and government sectors.
Robust knowledge of Bank Guarantees, tender documents, working capital, fund management, MIS, and stock statements.
Valuable Excel skills and ability to prepare financial reports independently.
Robust coordination and communication skills with banks, tenders & Projects
