Production planning and achievement plan of Fin Press Machine, expander, Hair pin Bender.
Responsible for Fin Press die maintenance with coordination with maintenance team.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report
Responsible for capacity & Productivity improvement projects of Fin Press section improvement.
Kaizen promotion activities (Reduction of copper /Aluminum scrap reduction)
To ensure the 100 % defect free delivery of the product
Responsible for day to day organizing, planning , maintaining production lines, material and man power planning
Defect monitoring and control planning
