Role & responsibilities
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT workplace.
Robust knowledge and experience of Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls.
Expertise in ServiceNows functionality, database structure, and APIs uses.
Technical proficiency in IAM technologies, including SailPoint, Delinea, HarshiCorp, Active Directory, UNIX, iSeries, databases.
Solid experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to document requirements effectively.
Excellent verbal, written and active listening skills with proven facilitation capabilities.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.
