About the jobEDIO is an electronics repair-tech company building tools, devices, training solutions, and intelligent systems for repair professionals across India.We are looking for a results-driven D2C Sales Head to build and lead our direct-to-customer sales operations. You will be responsible for increasing product sales through calls, WhatsApp, our website, social media, events, and technician communities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute EDIO’s D2C sales strategy.Own monthly revenue, conversion, and collection targets.Convert leads received through calls, WhatsApp, social media, the website, and events.Recruit, train, and manage the inside-sales team.Build structured lead follow-up and customer-retention processes.Improve conversion rate, average order value, upselling, and repeat purchases.Manage the customer journey from enquiry to payment and delivery.Track sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards.Coordinate with marketing, product, logistics,
