We partner with DISCOMs, government utilities, and AMISP organizations to drive large-scale modernization programs across India.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn the regional P&L; covering 2–4 states; drive annual revenue targets.Develop and execute a multi-state Go-To-Market strategy spanning DISCOMs, municipal utilities, EPCs, and AMISP partnersBuild and deepen C-level and senior relationships with DISCOM leadership (MD, Director-IT, Chief Engineers), state energy department officials, and EPC procurement headsIdentify, qualify, and close large-scale opportunities across BCITS's full product suite: bSmart MDM, UHES, ORMS, GIS, Billing/CIS, AMI Turnkey, Water Metering, Gas Metering, and Cloud AMILead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles: early engagement, solution shaping, RFP/tender response, POC/pilot management, commercial negotiation, and contract executionDevelop strategic account plans for each state DISCOM and major EPC partner; build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 3x annual targetTrack RDSS and SMNP tender pipelines across all states in the region; engage proactively before formal RFPsRepresent BCITS at national and regional industry events: ISGW, DUM India, ELECRAMA, DISTRIBUTECH IndiaCollaborate with delivery, product,
