Position: Sourcing Manager – Channel PartnerLocation: Central Mumbai – Mulund to GhatkoparExperience: 1–6 Years | Industry: Real EstateKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify, onboard and manage Channel Partners/Brokers in the assigned territory.Build and maintain robust relationships with existing CPs.Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.Activate new and dormant Channel Partners.Develop and expand the CP network across Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg and Ghatkopar.Track CP performance and achieve assigned business targets.Stay updated on local market trends, projects and competition.RequirementsGraduate with 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.Strong network of Channel Partners/Brokers in Central Mumbai preferred.Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
