Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Development: Build relationships with colleges, universities, and schools to promote Corizo programs and organize learning initiatives, events, and workshops.
- Recruitment: Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors across India.
- Leadership & Training: Train and mentor Campus Ambassadors, set goals, and support their performance.
- Marketing: Plan and execute student-focused marketing campaigns through digital and on-ground activities.
- Sales Enablement: Work with sales teams and Campus Ambassadors to generate qualified leads,
drive registrations, and support monthly targets.

Compensation
Probation (90 Days): ₹18,000/month + incentives up to ₹10,000 (uncapped)
Full-Time: ₹4 LPA Fixed CTC + ₹2.5 LPA Variable CTC (uncapped as of date)
