Role Description The HR & Talent Acquisition Intern (unpaid) will support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring documentation and onboarding activities. The intern will help maintain candidate pipelines, update recruitment trackers,



and support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms. The role may also involve assisting with HR policy documentation, maintaining employee records, and contributing to engagement activities and culture-building projects.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and follow-up.
- Ability to support Interviewing processes and assist hiring teams in evaluating candidate fit.
- Exposure to or interest in Hiring workflows, from offer management to onboarding coordination.
- Understanding of or enthusiasm for Employer Branding and promoting the organization across social media and talent platforms.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfort working in a startup environment and an interest in the fitness or technology sector is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS or HR tools is an advantage.
