Pluto is working on making last-mile delivery more efficient, reliable and scalable.

We're looking for a sharp, high-agency operator to join the Founder's Office - Operations.

The Role

You will work closely with the founders across internal and external operations, with ownership spanning vehicle deployment, rider operations, fleet performance, hubs, customer operations and everything required to make Pluto run smoothly on the ground.

What you'll own

- Ground Operations: Own deployment and day-to-day operations across vehicles, riders, hubs and delivery partners.
- Rider Operations: Hiring, onboarding, deployment, attendance, productivity, retention and performance management.
- Fleet Operations: Vehicle utilisation, uptime, maintenance, downtime, battery swaps and operational efficiency.
- SOPs & Processes: Build, document and continuously improve SOPs across the organisation.
- KPIs & Performance: Define operational metrics, establish reporting systems and drive teams against measurable targets.
- Execution: Take ownership of operational problems from identification to resolution - without waiting for someone else to solve them.
- Cross-functional Operations: Work closely with customers, riders, franchisees, vendors, internal teams and the founding team.
- Problem Solving: Understand what is working, what isn't,



and why - and translate those observations into concrete changes.
- Founder's Office: Work directly with the founders on high-priority operational and strategic initiatives as Pluto scales.

What we're looking for

- 5-6 years of experience in operations, business operations, fleet operations, supply chain, mobility, logistics or a similar high-execution environment.
- Experience building and scaling something on the ground - whether at a startup or a large operating organisation.
- Strong preference for candidates from companies such as Uber, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zomato, Porter, Rapido, Shadowfax, Delhivery, etc.
- Experience or interest in mobility, logistics, EVs or last-mile delivery is strongly preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability - you should be comfortable working with numbers, KPIs and operational data.
- High ownership and bias towards action. You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty when required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- You should be able to tell the difference between what is working, what isn't, and what needs to change.
- Strong educational and professional pedigree will be prioritised.
