Role Description As a Social Media Marketing Intern at JustBecho, you will support daily social media activities across platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing posts that align with the brand's voice and visual identity. You will assist in developing campaign ideas, researching trends in luxury resale, engaging with the online community through comments and messages, and monitoring basic performance metrics. The role includes collaborating with the marketing team to coordinate digital campaigns, repurposing user-generated content, and helping optimize content for reach and engagement.



This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Indore, where you will work partly from the office and partly from home as agreed with the team.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing principles to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to support campaigns and day-to-day platform activity.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and spoken English, for captions, messaging, and team collaboration.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands and an understanding of current social media and influencer trends.
- Basic familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and analytics or insights dashboards.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow brand guidelines while proposing fresh ideas.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Indore, with reliability in meeting deadlines and managing tasks independently.
