Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and maintain test automation scripts leveraging UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) across Workday and Coupa platforms
- Execute regression test suites targeting Workday HCM core modules, Talent & Performance Management, Advanced Compensation, Payroll/Benefits, and Recruiting functionality
- Execute regression and functional test suites for Coupa covering Procurement (P2P), Sourcing, Invoicing, and Supplier Management with 2 key focus areas
- Assess business-critical configurations and custom workflows during and following Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing)
- Leverage UiPath Test Manager to manage test cases, establish requirement traceability, and generate execution reports
- Schedule and configure test execution through UiPath Orchestrator, supporting both unattended and scheduled test set runs
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing spanning UI and API layers on both platforms
- Document, track, and resolve defects to completion; partner with functional/HRIS, procurement, and development teams on issue reproduction and resolution
- Embed automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines where relevant
- Administer test data, environment readiness, and reusable object/component libraries

Ideal Candidate

- Demonstrated expertise as a Test Automation engineer with proficiency in UiPath Test Suite for Workday & Coupa environments
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ years of overall QA / test automation background, including at least 2+ years hands-on practical experience with UiPath Test Suite (Studio – Testing Profile, Test Manager, Orchestrator)
- Mandatory (Experience 2):



Hands-on capability to design, build, and sustain automated test scripts via UiPath Studio (Testing Profile) for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Demonstrated ability to construct and sustain automated regression suites for enterprise SaaS/ERP applications, encompassing functional, integration, and regression testing on both UI and API fronts
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Proficiency with UiPath Test Manager (test case management, requirement traceability, execution reporting) and UiPath Orchestrator (configuring/scheduling test sets, unattended execution)
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Skilled in defect documentation, tracking, and closure; capable of managing test data, ensuring setting preparation, and building reusable object/component libraries
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Operational familiarity with Workday functional domains — HCM core, Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Talent & Performance — enabling creation of effective test scenarios
- Mandatory (Tech skill 2): Operational knowledge of Coupa functional areas — Requisitioning / Procurement (P2P), Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Sourcing, or Supplier Management
- Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Competency in basic API Testing using Postman / REST methodologies and SQL for data validation against API endpoints
- Mandatory (Communication): Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with cross-functional HRIS, procurement, and IT stakeholders
- Mandatory (Note): Those joining within 10–15 days will qualify for a joining bonus of up to 20% of their monthly salary, capped at a maximum payout of ₹1,00,000. The bonus will be credited alongside the first month's salary
- Preferred: Capability in assessing configurations during Workday's bi-annual releases (Release Assessment / Feature Impact Testing); experience integrating automated test suites within CI/CD and CI environments

- Experience: 3–5 years · Remote · 5 days a week · Notice period up to 30 days
