Role Description The Occupational Therapist will provide direct pediatric therapy services to children, focusing on the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing children's abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The therapist will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, and will participate in parent training and guidance sessions as needed. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring active engagement in clinical sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for pediatric populations.
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, with the ability to tailor therapy to different ages and developmental stages.
- Understanding of Rehabilitation principles and functional goal setting to support long-term progress and independence.
- Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant qualified degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Experience in pediatric clinical or school-based settings is highly beneficial.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage caseloads responsibly.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and family-centered practice, with openness to continuous learning and evidence-based approaches.
