.Net Full Stack Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced .Net Full Stack Architect to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using modern Microsoft, cloud, and frontend technologies. The role involves owning technical architecture, driving end-to-end solution design, guiding development teams, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications using modern technologies and industry best practices.
- Own end-to-end technical architecture and solution design, covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud components.
- Lead application development using .NET Core, Microservices, ReactJS, GraphQL/BFF, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions, architecture designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Create and review technical design specifications, architecture documents, and solution blueprints.
- Define, write, and groom user stories, including estimation, prioritization, and tracking of technical deliverables.
- Manage technology projects from inception through development, testing, deployment, and production implementation.
- Establish and enforce design patterns, enterprise architecture principles, SOLID principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code and architecture reviews, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality, maintainability, scalability, and security.
- Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and engineering practices that improve application quality and reliability.
- Design and implement REST and gRPC APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and guide developers and technical teams, promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning.




- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical, architectural, performance, and production issues.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technology choices, architecture assumptions, and proposed solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps and modernization strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve development processes, architecture, performance, and productivity.

Required Technical Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, application architecture, or full-stack development, with significant experience in an architect-level role.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with GraphQL and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Azure Cosmos DB.
- Solid knowledge of REST APIs and gRPC.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS and Vue.js; Angular experience is an advantage.
- Good programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
- Expert knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented design.
- Proven experience implementing software using Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of scalable, distributed, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
