Job Summary

The Corporate Manager is responsible for leading corporate initiatives, building and

maintaining relationships with corporate clients, driving business growth, and managing a

team to achieve organizational revenue targets. The role involves identifying new business

opportunities, coordinating with financial institutions and corporate partners, and ensuring

high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business partners.

• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing corporate accounts.

• Manage a team of sales executives, relationship managers, and support staff.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly

targets.

• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing and

approvals.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports for senior

management.

• Resolve client issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a

related field.

• MBA is preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate sales, banking, financial services, or DSA

operations.

• Experience managing corporate clients and leading sales teams.
