Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern (Freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and supporting community-building initiatives. The intern will help track performance metrics, contribute ideas for content and growth strategies,



and collaborate with the marketing and content teams on promotional activities. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within a dynamic edtech environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including analytics, campaign performance tracking, and online branding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas for posts, campaigns, and visual content; familiarity with basic design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in the edtech sector and a passion for helping learners develop real-world skills.
