About the Role
CollabKaroo is expanding its brand and agency artnerships beyond the domestic market. As ar International Sales Intern, you'll help identify, reach out to, and onboard international brands and agencies looking to run influencer campaigns through ollabKaroo. This is a high-ownership, target-driven role suited to someone who's comfortable with cold outreach and enjoys the challenge of opening new markets.
What You'll Do
Research and build a pipeline of potential international brand/agency clients in target markets Run outbound outreach via email, Linkedin,
and other channels to generate qualified leads Pitch CollabKaroo's platform and value proposition to prospective clients Support the sales cycle from first contact through nboarding, coordinating with the internal team as needed Track outreach, conversions, and pipeline health; report on progress against milestones Gather market feedback to help refine positioning fo international audiences
What We're Looking For
‣ Strong written and spoken English communication skills Comfort with cold outreach and handling rejectior without losing momentum Interest in sales, business development, or the creato economy
‣ Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a remote/async workplace Prior sales, BD, or client-facing experience is a plus bu not required
Compensation
‣ Base stipend: ₹3,000-4,000 per month • Performance-based bonus on top of base pay, tied to KPIs such as qualified leads generated, deals closed, or clients onboarded (specific KPI targets to be shared during onboarding
