Requirements

Experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.

UK recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with solid international recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Development, Cloud, Data, Infrastructure, QA, DevOps, ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity, etc.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Good understanding of international recruitment processes.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

International Recruitment Background Accepted
