Work setup: Work from office only; Monday to Friday, 1st and 3rd Saturdays are WFH

About The Role

We're seeking a Technical Researcher who is passionate about exploring new technologies, analyzing industry trends, and delivering data-driven insights. This role will focus on conducting deep technical research, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting cross-functional teams with actionable intelligence to guide product, strategy, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies
- Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and academic/market research papers
- Create clear, concise, and insightful reports to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to provide technical insights
- Develop proof-of-concepts or technical evaluations to validate research findings
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, software, data science, and related fields
- Contribute to thought leadership content (whitepapers, research briefs, presentations)





Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent research and technical writing abilities
- Familiarity with academic and industry research methodologies
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and synthesize clear insights
- Proficiency in tools like Python, or data visualization platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information in simple terms
