Nexora Labs is looking for a hands-on Creative Designer to support our growing brand across social media, marketing, product communication and digital content.

This is a part-time role for someone who can independently take a creative requirement, develop the visual direction, execute it to a high standard, and deliver consistently without needing constant supervision.

We are looking for someone with 3–4+ years of relevant experience , a strong portfolio, and the ability to work across graphic design and motion graphics .

What you'll work on

- Social media creatives for Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and other channels
- Motion graphics and short-form animated content
- Product visuals and Nexora One feature/product communication
- Website and marketing visuals when required
- Presentation and business communication graphics
- Short video edits and visual enhancements when required
- Ad creatives and campaign assets
- Turning business/product ideas into clear, visually solid communication

What we're looking for

Required:

- 3–4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, motion graphics or a closely related role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real client/company work
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, composition and visual storytelling
- Good experience with Adobe Creative Cloud — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
- Comfortable creating both static and motion-based content
- Ability to understand a brief and execute independently
- Strong attention to detail




- Ability to maintain brand consistency across different formats and platforms
- Good communication and disciplined delivery
- Comfortable working in a startup environment , where priorities can evolve and designers are expected to think rather than simply execute instructions

Good to have

- Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Figma
- Experience designing for B2B / SaaS / technology brands
- Experience with product UI/product marketing visuals
- Experience creating social media motion graphics
- Basic understanding of video editing and sound
- Experience working with startup or founder-led brands

We want someone who can contribute creatively .

You should be able to look at a requirement, understand the business objective, suggest a visual direction, execute it, and improve the work when necessary.

You'll have meaningful ownership over Nexora's visual communication rather than working as a production-only designer.

Working arrangement

- Role: Part-Time
- Compensation: ₹15,000/month
- Experience: 3–4+ years
- Work mode: Remote / Flexible
- Engagement: Long-term, based on performance and mutual fit
- Start: Immediate / As soon as possible
