Key Responsibilities

· Manage and optimize the company's Amazon Seller Central account and marketplace operations.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content.

· Monitor product performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, and overall marketplace growth.

· Manage Amazon Ads/PPC campaigns, including keyword research, bid optimization, and ROAS improvement.

· Track inventory, pricing, promotions, deals, and product availability.

· Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, reviews, ratings, and marketplace trends.

· Coordinate with creative, marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams for smooth operations.

· Identify opportunities to improve product rankings, visibility, sales, and conversion.





· Prepare regular reports on sales, advertising performance, inventory, and marketplace KPIs.

· Resolve listing issues, catalog errors, account health concerns, and other Seller Central-related issues.

· Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines.

Requirements

· 4-6 years of experience in Amazon Marketplace / E-Commerce operations.

· Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.

· Strong understanding of Amazon listings, SEO, A+ Content, PPC, promotions, and analytics.

· Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C will be an added advantage.

· Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

· Ability to manage multiple products and marketplace activities independently.
