Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging online lectures for Grade 12 Commerce students in Gujarati medium.
- Conduct daily live lectures as per the assigned academic schedule.
- Explain concepts clearly and effectively with a strong focus on board examination preparation.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, presentations, examples, and subject-related learning content.
- Use practical examples, storytelling, and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged.
- Demonstrate strong camera confidence and presentation skills during studio-based lectures.
- Address student queries and clarify concepts during live sessions.
- Ensure lectures are aligned with the GSEB/State Board curriculum and examination pattern.
- Collaborate with the academic and content teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of content.
- Participate in feedback and improvement sessions to continuously enhance lecture delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong command of Gujarati language, both spoken and written.
- Robust knowledge of the Grade 12 Commerce syllabus and Gujarat State Board curriculum.
- Prior teaching experience for Grade 12 / Commerce / Board examinations will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching ability can also apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good camera confidence and ability to deliver engaging lectures in a studio environment.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner.
- Passion for teaching and creating meaningful learning experiences.
