Influencer Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to work closely with the Influencer Marketing HOD and team, supporting creator outreach, negotiations, campaign coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research relevant beauty, skincare & lifestyle creators across Instagram and other platforms.
- Pitch and reach out to creators for brand collaborations.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms.
- Follow up with creators and close/lock creators for campaigns.
- Coordinate with creators/agencies for briefs, product dispatches, content submissions, approvals, and postings.
- Maintain updated creator databases, campaign trackers, commercials, and deliverables.
- Track daily campaign progress and ensure timely completion of creator deliverables.




- Coordinate with the HOD and internal teams on campaign requirements and priorities.
- Monitor pending creators, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Research trending creators, viral content formats, hooks, and competitor influencer campaigns.
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, influencers, and creator marketing.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and maintaining trackers.
- Proactive, target-oriented, organized, and quick in execution.
- Solid interest in beauty, skincare, social media, and influencer marketing.
