Must Have Skills:

Experience in supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow Platform 4-6 Years experience as a core developer.

Should be ServiceNow Trained developer, Should be ServiceNow Trained and/or Certified Implementer ServiceNow Scripting and/or Orchestration Trained ITILV3.0 Foundations Certified Positive understanding of Agile Methodology and SDLC Service Portal experience would be a plus.

1. Development knowledge and experience on Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB implementation 2. Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts for Change, Incident, Problem, CMDB related configurations

3. Experience in Java

4. ITIL knowledge

5. Development knowledge on Incident, Change, problem module of SNOW.

Good to have:

- Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions Leadership skills in technical initiatives Generating detailed technical documentation Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations.
