We are looking for an experienced (7+) OT Security Trainer with strong hands-on expertise in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and OT cybersecurity. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training to professionals and helping participants understand OT security architecture, risk management, monitoring, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training on OT/ICS Security, PLC/SCADA environments, and industrial networks.
- Explain and demonstrate OT network architecture, segmentation, security controls, and risk assessment.
- Provide practical knowledge of IEC 62443 standards and their application in OT environments.
- Conduct hands-on sessions involving OT security tools, network traffic analysis, monitoring, and incident response.
- Develop or customize training content, practical exercises, labs, and assessments based on client requirements.
- Explain real-world OT cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, attack scenarios, and mitigation strategies.
- Mentor participants through practical exercises and industry use cases.

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA and OT/ICS environments.




- Strong practical knowledge of IEC 62443.
- Experience in OT network architecture and security design.
- Hands-on experience with OT risk assessment and incident response.
- Knowledge of OT security tools such as Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.ot, Wireshark, and OT firewalls.

Good to Have:

- OT Red Teaming / Penetration Testing experience.
- Experience working with SOC and OT security logs.
- Exposure to Cloud + OT hybrid environments.
- Python/programming skills for automation and security scripting.
- Experience across industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Utilities.
- Knowledge of CERT-In, NCIIPC, and sector-specific regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Experience in large-scale OT security program implementation.
- Prior corporate training, mentoring, or technical instruction experience.

The ideal candidate should combine solid OT cybersecurity expertise with practical industry experience and be comfortable delivering technical concepts through real-world examples, demonstrations, case studies, and hands-on labs.
