Role Description The Senior Process Associate role is a full-time, in office position based in the Mohali district. This role involves managing end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including claim review, data entry, verification of insurance and policy compliance, and coordination with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The Senior Process Associate will monitor process performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency in billing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client queries,



supporting quality audits, preparing reports and dashboards, and ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. The individual in this role will also mentor junior team members, assist with training, and contribute to continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of finance and an understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts.
- Candidates should possess experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or similar process-driven environments.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) are beneficial.
- Prior experience in medical billing, healthcare RCM, or claims processing is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Mohali district and meet deadlines consistently.
- A bachelor's degree in commerce, business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
