Role Description This is a full-time, in office Field Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, architects, and contractors, and promote Art Yard's landscape design and execution services. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients on-site, understanding project requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role involves regular field visits, tracking sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution.



The Field Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in local networking events, and provide feedback on customer needs to refine service offerings.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated field sales experience, preferably in construction, architecture, interiors, landscaping, or related project-based services.
- Solid client relationship management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
- Ability to conduct on-site meetings, understand project requirements, and translate them into clear commercial proposals.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfort working in a field-oriented role with frequent local travel within Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to maintain sales records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Professional, inclusive, and ethical approach to customer interactions and team collaboration.
