- Outreach & Discovery: Source and actively reach out to relevant content creators across key digital platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to build a solid pipeline.
- Creator Relations: Assist with the seamless onboarding of new influencers, handle daily client-facing communications, and nurture ongoing strategic relationships.
- Negotiation & Briefing: Support basic contract and deliverable negotiations while preparing and distributing detailed creative campaign briefs to selected creators.
- Campaign Coordination: Track creator content schedules, manage internal review and approval workflows, and rigorously ensure on-time posting across active brand campaigns.
- Database Maintenance: Systematically update and organize the internal creator database,
tagging profiles by specific niche, engagement rates, and historical campaign performance metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Continuously monitor live campaign KPIs using analytics tools and compile insightful end-of-campaign performance reports for internal teams.
- Trend Research: Continuously monitor emerging social media trends, viral formats, and creator economy innovations to actively pitch fresh, engaging campaign ideas.
