Position: Field Application Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Healthcare IT — PACS / HIMS / LIMS / EHR / Medical Devices
Location: PCMC, Pune
Travel: Domestic travel to hospitals and diagnostic centers
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and training of PACS software at hospitals and diagnostic centers
- Customer support and troubleshooting
- Coordination with IT Managers, Radiologists and Radiology Technicians
- Understanding customer requirements and software change requests
- Remote and onsite application support
Required Skills:
- Windows OS and software installation
- Basic networking knowledge
- Basic SQL Server / MySQL knowledge
- Valuable communication and client-handling skills
- BCS / BCA / MCS / MCA / B.E. (IT/Computer) or equivalent
Candidates should be willing to relocate to PCMC and travel as required.
