Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)

Must-Have

- Hands-on experience with Test automation tools and have experience in testing data engineering pipelines and software applications.
- Experience in programming/scripting language: Python
- Working knowledge of Pytest frame or another Python testing frameworks
- Experience with Locust (pref), JMeter, Blaze meter performance testing tools




- Experience on Open Telemetry, Observability
- Solid Experience in Performance Tests - Load, Stress, scalability
- Experience with Game Days, DR, Resilience Tests, Chaos Tests
- 2+ Experience in working in AWS cloud environment and AWS services like AWS DLT, S3, ECS etc
- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches
- Clear understanding of defect lifecycle, reporting, and issue tracking tools like Jira.
- Working knowledge of API testing, backend validations, and functional automation.

Valuable-to-Have

- Basic understanding of Containers (Docker) and CI/CD processes.
- Strong collaboration skills and a mindset for quality ownership
- Good experience working in Agile methodology an scrum cerimonies
- Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, GitHub or Gitlab.
- Java fundamentals
