As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to employees within your assigned region. Your primary goal will be to ensure that employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. This role involves travel within the designated region to conduct training sessions at various locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop training content and curriculum based on organizational goals.
2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
3. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using a variety of methods, including presentations and hands-on activities.
4. Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training programs.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
6. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations.

Provide support and guidance to employees to reinforce learning and application of new skills.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a regional or multi-site setting.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
7. Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels of the organisation.
8. Certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
