Protrainy is a skill-development EdTech company focused on industry-relevant upskilling programs for engineering and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Assist in creating Reels, carousels, social media posts, captions, scripts, and short-form content.

Research trending topics, industry updates, and relevant content ideas.

Write clear, engaging, and audience-focused captions and scripts.

Develop content around engineering, careers, upskilling, jobs, and industry trends.

Assist in planning and executing the social media content calendar.

Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content formats and ideas.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Video teams for content execution.

Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with Protrainy's brand voice.

Requirements





Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.

Good research skills and ability to simplify information into engaging content.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Prior experience managing a social media page, creating content, writing blogs/scripts, or personal content projects will be an advantage.
