Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Dadra & Nagar Haveli for a Graphic Designer cum Plotter & UV Printing Machine Operator & Vinyl Paster. The role involves creating and adapting graphic designs for signage using design software, preparing print-ready artwork, and coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate execution. The individual will operate plotter and UV printing machines, manage print settings, and perform routine checks to maintain consistent output quality. Daily tasks include material preparation, cutting and pasting vinyl, aligning graphics on various substrates,



and ensuring proper finishing for both exterior and interior signage. The role also requires maintaining equipment, following safety and quality standards, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong graphic design skills with experience in industry-standard software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) and creating print-ready artwork for signage.
- Hands-on experience operating plotter machines and UV printing machines, including basic troubleshooting, color calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Practical skills in vinyl cutting, application, and pasting on different surfaces, with attention to alignment, finishing, and durability.
- Understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and production workflows in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications, measurements, and layouts, with strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, production, and installation teams.
- Physical ability to handle materials, stand for extended periods, and work safely with machinery and tools.
- Prior experience in signage manufacturing or printing is preferred; a relevant diploma or certification in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field is an advantage.
