About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, assisting them with the required process and documentation, and converting qualified leads into customers.

This is primarily an office-based role, with occasional field visits, approximately 3–4 times a month, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and communicate with customers over phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our financial services.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Explain the process, eligibility requirements, documentation and other relevant details to customers clearly.
- Collect and verify required customer documents and information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for document processing and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer communication and status.
- Follow up with customers until the required process is completed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.




- Identify genuine and qualified prospects from incoming leads.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
- Visit customers or business locations when required for meetings, document collection or business-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and documents.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer handling, financial services or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp and email.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain processes clearly.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates should be comfortable working primarily from the office.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Services, and loan products across retail and business segments.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Finance, preferably within banking, NBFCs, or financial services organizations.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build and manage client relationships, handle multiple opportunities, and work toward defined sales targets.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings in Noida and surrounding areas, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail in evaluating eligibility, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools for tracking leads and managing customer information.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in loans or financial products is highly desirable.
