As a Senior Specialist – Business Solutions Group within the Financial Markets Group, based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of treasury workflows and systems. This includes conceptualizing solutions, managing testing, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless integration across front, middle, and back-office operations. You will also support business users, manage live issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving process automation and data intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and implement treasury workflows connecting front to back offices for seamless deal execution.
- Collaborate with vendors to conceptualize and build solutions; document and execute test cases.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end delivery and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct testing, obtain necessary approvals, and maintain documentation for releases.
- Resolve live issues and respond to queries from the business team.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements across implementations.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Drive process reengineering and automation initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to support decision-making.
- Manage product lifecycle, process documentation, and audit readiness.
- Oversee technology budgets and expense tracking.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Any discipline
- Post-graduation: Any field (preferred)
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial markets, business solutions, or treasury systems
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial market systems
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and testing of banking applications
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, QC, JIRA) and bug tracking
- Knowledge of SWIFT, FX, SQL, Power BI/Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Robust documentation and project management capabilities
- ISTQB certification preferred
