Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- Strong expertise in database design and optimization techniques related to SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in developing complex data models and analytical views to support business intelligence requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within SAP HANA applications.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP HANA models with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Skilled in writing efficient SQL scripts and procedures to enhance data processing and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
