Role Description The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, including supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting in onboarding and induction programs. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting initiatives related to employee engagement and retention. The HR Officer will handle employee relations matters, address queries, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The position is a full-time,



on-site role based in Rajkot, requiring close collaboration with management and various departments to support HR operations and organizational objectives.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations effectively.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee communication, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to create and maintain clear and accurate Job Description Development for various roles within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements applicable to NBFCs or financial services organizations.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, with solid organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Rajkot.
