About The Role

We are hiring Data Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a Top US multinational corporation, that is building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to high-impact projects that influence global business strategies. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with business leaders, product managers, engineers, and data teams to transform complex data into actionable insights. Your work will directly support decision-making processes, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about data, analytics, and leveraging technology to solve real-world business challenges. The start date for this role is flexible, with immediate to four weeks notice periods being considered.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis or related roles such as Business Intelligence or Reporting Analysis. Proficiency in SQL is essential,



with a strong ability to extract, analyze, and report data effectively. Experience with advanced Excel functions, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis tools, is required. Familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is crucial for dashboard development and visualization. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly. Robust stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain KPIs, performance metrics, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and quality across multiple data sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze structured data.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support data governance, documentation, and reporting best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
