About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our innovative team at UST. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI applications that leverage the latest in AI technology, including agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent architectures. Your expertise will contribute to building scalable, secure, and production-grade AI solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud deployment, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, with proven experience in AI and software development. Essential qualifications include hands-on experience with Python programming, LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini),



and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search using vector databases, and REST API and microservices development is crucial. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS, along with deployment of production-grade AI applications, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment, and a keen interest in responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models and applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient for enterprise deployment.
- Implement and integrate LLMs with existing enterprise systems through REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Develop and maintain AI orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangChain or similar tools to facilitate complex AI interactions.
