About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team, focusing on international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards, and preparing accurate financial statements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced workplace with global clients, providing valuable experience in financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance activities. The Senior Accountant will collaborate closely with international accounting firms and internal teams to meet strict deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. The position is primarily remote, offering flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA will be an added advantage.



Candidates must have proven experience in finalization of accounts, preferably within an international or multinational environment. Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and tax regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and workflow management systems. Prior experience working with international clients and handling complex financial data will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with international accounting firms to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance deadlines are met efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports based on underlying records for various organizations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage daily submission of timesheets and update workflow systems to maintain operational transparency and efficiency.
- Regularly update Client MIS and other relevant reports to provide insights into financial performance and compliance status.
- Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts, journal entries, and adjustments.
- Prepare individual, corporate, and trust tax returns,



ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Calculate taxes and prepare various tax schedules to facilitate timely filings and audits.
- Assist in internal audits and review processes to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
