Job Description International contact Center (Voice Process - Inbound calls)

Experience: 5+ years in Voice/Customer Service, with minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and motivate customer service advisors
- Drive team KPIs across productivity, quality, customer experience and adherence
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching and action plans
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure process, quality and compliance adherence
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred: Banking / Financial Services / Mortgage domain experience.

Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays .
