Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Architect to define, govern, and drive the overall Service Now platform architecture and strategy across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Service Now platform, with proven experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and global Service Now transformation programs. The candidate will ensure Service Now capabilities align with business objectives, industry best practices, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the enterprise Service Now architecture roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
- Establish platform design standards, governance frameworks, and architecture best practices.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and compliant Service Now solutions.
- Lead architecture decisions across Service Now implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, IT, security, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Service Now development and implementation teams.
- Review existing Service Now solutions and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Drive platform standardization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support global Service Now transformation programs.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of Service Now implementation and architecture experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale and global Service Now transformation programs .
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, development, integrations, and platform governance.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and align technology solution
