AR Analyst RCM Reporting Management Job Description/: The AR Analyst /(Medical Billing/) is responsible for analyzing aging accounts receivable, evaluating Revenue Cycle Management /(RCM/) workflows, conducting denial root/-cause analysis, and formulating strategic appeals to maximize financial recovery.

Operating beyond routine calling, this role identifies systemic payor claim issues, evaluates Days in Accounts Receivable /(DAR/), monitors Net Collection Rates /(NCR/), ensures strict HIPAA compliance, and provides data/-driven financial insights to optimize cash flow for healthcare providers Key Duties/: Accounts Receivable and Aging Analysis/: Estimate aging over 30, 60, 90, 120 days, identify high/-value pending claims, and perform trend analysis across payers /(Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, managed care/).

Identify root causes and trends for rejections/: Analyze ANSI notification and reason codes to identify system billing or front/-end recording errors and collaborate with coding, payment entry,



and payment posting teams to avoid repeat rejections.
