The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool making and die design, with excellent problem/-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility Design and develop new tools and dies for various products. Maintain and repair existing tools and dies to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross/-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Troubleshoot issues with tools and dies and provide solutions to minimize downtime.
Job Requirements Solid knowledge of tool making principles and practices. Experience with dies and moulds is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem/-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
